Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the shift team to execute Tier 1 and Tier 2 load plans, ensuring internal and external service levels are met. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, quality standards, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform daily morning inventory counts, investigate variances and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce supply‑chain overheads by applying problem‑solving tools and creating management tools that enforce FEFO principles.
• Track and trend inventory accuracy, ensuring all material movements are recorded in SAP.
• Implement and monitor warehouse layout compliance across zones such as Empties, Refusal, Order Picking, and Finished Goods.
• Maintain quality standards, including cleanliness, pest control, temperature control, and prevention of cross‑contamination.
• Achieve at least 75% compliance with Global Warehouse GOP and enforce blocking standards on non‑conforming inventory.
• Oversee product quality induction programmes and manage repacking operations to improve productivity.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Oasis warehouse system.
• Experience with handheld devices for inventory tasks.
• Strong SAP proficiency.
