Warehouse Staff Required for Contract Employment - Pinetown, KZN

About the role

Blue Marble Recruitment is seeking contract warehouse staff for its Pinetown, KwaZulu‑Natal facility. The roles include pickers, packers, checkers, forklift operators and Code 10/Code 14 drivers who will support daily order fulfilment, stock movement and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Pickers: Select items from stock accurately according to pick slips and maintain high standards of accuracy, housekeeping and safety.
• Packers: Pack, label and prepare products for dispatch, ensuring protection and correct identification.
• Checkers: Verify picked, packed and dispatched orders for correctness and completeness.
• Forklift operators: Operate forklifts and authorised material‑handling equipment safely to move, load, unload and store stock.
• Code 10 drivers: Transport stock between the warehouse, customers and suppliers, maintaining accurate delivery documentation and road safety compliance.
• Code 14 drivers: Operate heavy vehicles for larger loads, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• At least 1 year of warehouse/picking experience (forklift operators 3 + years, drivers 3‑5 years).
• Clear criminal record with verifiable references.

Required skills

• Valid Code 10 driving licence (or Code 14 where applicable).
• Valid PrDP for goods where required.
• Forklift licence or competency certificate for relevant equipment.
• Relevant driving or occupational certificates.
