Warehouse Specialist – Settlement & Customer Disputes

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist – Settlement & Customer Disputes will join the Midrand team of Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa. Reporting to the Country Lead Warehouse Services, the role is responsible for leading and standardising customer settlement and dispute management across all CCBS‑A warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end settlement and dispute management process for customers.
• Develop, review and enforce business standards, policies and operating procedures related to dispute handling.
• Drive harmonisation and simplification of settlement processes across warehouses, aligning with Finance, Commercial and Supply‑Chain models.
• Identify systemic causes of disputes, lead root‑cause analysis and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Design preventative controls to minimise recurring disputes and improve settlement cycle times.
• Define governance frameworks, establish financial‑control standards and monitor compliance across regions.
• Analyse settlement performance, create executive dashboards, KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics with a focus on customer settlement or dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead root‑cause investigations.
• Experience developing standards, policies and governance frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Commercial and Supply‑Chain teams.
