Warehouse Manager (ZS)

About the role

The Warehouse Manager (ZS) will lead the warehousing operations for an automotive parts business in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring a safe, efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Control inventory and stock records, ensuring accurate bin locations.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics and transport for order fulfilment.
• Optimise warehouse space, storage systems, equipment and team productivity.
• Implement inventory controls to minimise stock variances.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Workshop, Procurement and Finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and warehouse equipment.
• Manage facilities, site operations and document retention systems.

Required profile

• Matric qualification (tertiary qualification preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in warehousing.
• Approximately 8 years people‑management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer‑focused with a service‑delivery orientation.
• Problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from R55,877.00 to R62,861.40 per month.
• Car allowance of R14,750.00 per month.
