Warehouse, Fleet & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse, Fleet & Inventory Coordinator to manage all aspects of our warehouse operations, inventory control and fleet administration. The role ensures accurate stock records, efficient dispatch, safe fleet management and supports staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations and investigations of discrepancies.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization, coordinate stock takes and support audit requirements.
• Manage fleet administration, service schedules, vehicle inspections, licensing, insurance and fuel utilization.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, conduct inspections and promote a safety culture.
• Lead, train and coach warehouse staff, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs and handle supplier invoices and quotations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse, inventory and fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance procedures.
• Ability to lead teams, provide training and manage performance.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
