Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor to lead a team that ensures accurate work orders, inventory records, and high‑quality distribution services. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate workloads and manage team performance during peak periods or staff absences.
• Monitor workboards and internal KPIs to guarantee timely data entry and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling retention calls and documenting reviews in the CRM.
• Oversee compliance with Expeditors Operational Process Standards and conduct audits of new accounts.
• Support budgeting, credit and collections, and departmental accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable and freight rating.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting a positive attitude and adoption of productivity tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or distribution teams.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and KPI management.
• Ability to communicate policies, regulations, and system changes clearly.
