Warehouse Controller – Lenasia

About the role

The company is seeking a Warehouse Controller to oversee the central supply chain that procures and dispatches products to retail stores in Lenasia. The role requires strong organisational, communication and leadership abilities, as well as familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, including picking, packing, labeling and preparing shipments.
• Oversee dispatch of products from the central warehouse to retail store locations, managing schedules and delivery accuracy.
• Liaise with retail store managers to meet their ordering and delivery requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Implement and monitor warehouse policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Produce regular reports on inventory, order fulfillment rates and other key performance indicators, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, including cycle counts and stock takes.
• Proven experience in ordering, receiving, packing, distributing and auditing stock for retail outlets.
• Experience in logistics and channel distribution across the country.
