Warehouse Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Clerk to join our garment and fabric warehouse in Durban. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive garments, fabrics and other stock.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Dispatch garments and fabrics accurately.
• Make and manage delivery bookings.
• Capture stock movements using computer systems.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Assist with stock counts and general warehouse duties.
• Report shortages, damages and discrepancies.

Required profile

• Good computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in warehouse, receiving or dispatch.
• Experience with garments and fabrics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Accurate, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of stock‑control procedures.
