Warehouse Administrator – Johannesburg

About the role

The client is a leading South African manufacturer of branded apparel and promotional merchandise. They need a Warehouse Administrator to support the day‑to‑day administration of their Johannesburg warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth receiving and dispatch processes, and timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory documentation and stock movement logs.
• Process all warehouse transactions – receipts, dispatches, transfers – promptly and correctly.
• Coordinate receiving of incoming stock, verify deliveries against purchase orders and update inventory systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances and support corrective actions.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders, verifying quantities, styles and colours before shipment.
• Generate warehouse reports and assist with inventory analysis for management.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills to liaise with sales, production, procurement and logistics teams.
