Visual Merchandising Coordinator – South Africa

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will act as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring consistent, high‑quality visual presentation across all product categories in South Africa. Based in Johannesburg, you will support multiple stores, including Cape Town, to enhance the client experience through strategic visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Area VM Manager and assist with window installations and product rotations.
• Manage interior merchandising plans, including store zoning, product placement, and database updates (X store).
• Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Country Visual Merchandiser.
• Visit competitor stores, report best practices, and act as a visual merchandising role model.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Team Managers, Senior Client Advisors, and Expert Advisors on events, new launches, and seasonal guidelines.
• Conduct daily maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards, overseeing lighting, props, and furniture.
• Reorder visual merchandising tools and props as needed, ensuring compliance with Louis Vuitton standards.
