Visual Merchandise Specialist (45hr)

About the role

The Visual Merchandise Specialist will ensure that Jet stores present fashion collections in line with brand standards and current trends. You will work closely with store teams to create compelling visual displays that enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement in‑store visual merchandising (VM) execution according to brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into store displays.
• Adhere to housing and trend guidelines while managing visual elements to maintain world‑class standards.
• Plan, prioritize and schedule visual activities across the store.
• Develop and maintain control systems to monitor VM standards.
• Deliver a great customer‑brand experience through effective visual storytelling.
• Manage visual assets, budgets and expenses efficiently.

Required profile

• Matric Certificate.
• Proven visual merchandising experience (essential).
• Retail experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Business acumen and passion for a leading fashion brand.
• High energy, urgency and enthusiasm for tackling challenges.
• Ability to build formal and informal networks inside and outside the organization.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Decision‑making capability that keeps the organization moving forward.
