Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support a fast‑moving US or Canadian startup executive. The role is fully remote and will help keep the executive’s day‑to‑day operations running smoothly while driving process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Streamline workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate internal projects and ensure effective cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Operations, Project or Recruiting Coordinator, Project Manager or similar role.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude and comfortable working independently in a remote‑first environment.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every six months.
