Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter for Home Services

About the role

Thaker Management, a boutique digital marketing agency, is seeking a full‑time Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to handle inbound leads for home‑service clients such as roofing, HVAC, and pools. You will be the first voice prospects hear, qualifying leads quickly and booking appointments in the clients’ scheduling systems.

Key responsibilities

• Call every new inbound lead within minutes of receipt to ensure rapid response.
• Follow a structured daily call cadence with multiple touchpoints per lead.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments directly into client scheduling platforms.
• Log all activity, notes, and follow‑up status in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Send follow‑up texts and emails to keep leads warm.
• Answer basic service questions and guide prospects toward booking.
• Track daily KPIs (calls made, contacts reached, appointments booked) and report weekly.
• Identify and flag lead quality issues or trends for management.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and proactive, ensuring no leads fall through the cracks.
• Coachability and willingness to implement feedback immediately.
• Comfortable working full U.S. business hours (CST preferred).
• Prior experience in appointment setting, sales or customer service, preferably in home services.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel CRM (experience with other CRM platforms is a plus).
