Upgrades Team – Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to head the Upgrades Team, driving the transition to a product‑aligned operating model, modernising architecture and engineering practices, and establishing a cloud platform for our market‑leading secured lending software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Upgrades Team, managing upgrades for multiple customers and improving intake, planning, execution and cycle‑time measurement.
• Visualise and optimise AMT dependencies, apply flow‑engineering techniques, and use data‑driven insights to boost throughput, predictability and quality.
• Partner with the Platform Team to enable left‑shift practices and support engineering teams in adopting modern DevOps, CI/CD and cloud practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Technical Product Manager, preferably within a financial software product company.
• Deep expertise in flow engineering, theory of constraints, Team Topologies and modern engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills, with a background in shaping Platform‑as‑a‑Product offerings.
