Trust Administrator Assistant

About the role

C2M Chartered Accountants, an independent audit and accounting firm based in Tyger Valley, Bellville, is seeking a Trust Administrator Assistant. This entry‑level position supports the Trust Administrator with day‑to‑day trust administration, client compliance and general office duties in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of trusts and preparation of trust documentation and resolutions.
• Conduct FICA checks and maintain client compliance records.
• Liaise with the Master of the High Court, clients and external bodies.
• Maintain trust records, statutory documents and Beneficial Ownership Registers.
• Provide general administrative support, schedule meetings and manage filing systems.

Required profile

• Paralegal Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 1–2 years’ experience in trust administration, legal administration or compliance.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Microsoft Office (essential).
