About the role

The Travel Visa Consultant provides expert advice and guidance to clients seeking international travel documentation. Working within strict timelines, the consultant ensures a smooth visa application process, liaising with authorities and maintaining clear communication via email or telephone.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the visa service to ensure smooth operation.
• Interview clients face‑to‑face or by phone to explain visa requirements.
• Prepare, review and submit visa documents, ensuring timely receipt by government agencies.
• Verify the accuracy of client information and prepare legal documentation.
• Provide fee quotes and necessary information to travelers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, embassies, consulates and visa centres.
• Accompany applicants to embassies when critical engagements arise.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and resolve system glitches.
• Train HR/Mobility staff on immigration and visa rules.

Required profile

• Tourism or Business Administration diploma.
• Degree in International Relations or related field.
• Information security awareness certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in visa processing, travel or immigration consulting.
• Experience handling high volumes of applications for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.
• Proven ability to review supporting documentation and advise clients on eligibility.
• Strong client‑service and administrative skills.
