About the role

The Transplant Recipient Coordinator will be based at Netcare Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg and will oversee the coordination of organ transplantation activities. This role ensures that transplantation processes run smoothly and that patients receive comprehensive support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of organ transplantation, from donor matching to post‑operative follow‑up.
• Serve as a liaison between surgical teams, patients, families, and external partners.
• Provide consultation and education services to uphold standards of care.
• Maintain accurate records and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in transplantation coordination or health‑administration environments.
• Strong understanding of organ donation processes and patient care pathways.
