Transformation and Learning Manager

About the role

The Transformation and Learning Manager will drive Naspers' group-wide transformation, diversity, and learning agenda. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures compliance with B‑BBEE, Employment Equity, and DEI policies while delivering impactful learning programmes across subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage the implementation of the group’s B‑BBEE strategy, defining objectives, initiatives, timelines and budgets.
• Assist the Transformation Director in executing interventions across the business and ensure subsidiary alignment with regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Guide subsidiaries in developing and executing their B‑BBEE plans to meet target levels.
• Track, monitor and report on transformation projects, scorecard targets and budget utilisation for all entities.
• Lead the annual B‑BBEE verification process with the appointed verification agency.
• Oversee due‑diligence activities on all transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement the Employment Equity strategy and related DEI initiatives.
• Communicate changes to relevant codes and regulations to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion, or learning and development within a large, multi‑entity organisation.
• Strong understanding of South African B‑BBEE and Employment Equity legislation.
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders, HR teams and subsidiary management.
• Excellent project management and reporting skills.
