Trainee Manager

About the role
As a Trainee Manager you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey to understand every aspect of running a supermarket. You will be immersed in product management, staff coordination and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Learn to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth product flow.
- Support and coach store employees to build a high‑performing team.
- Maintain a friendly, family‑like atmosphere for customers and staff.
- Promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity and respect.
- Assist in delivering the highest level of service and quality standards.
