Trading & Merchandising Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, data‑driven Trading & Merchandising Assistant to help keep our ecommerce sites running smoothly. You will work closely with CRM and Paid Media teams to monitor performance, execute promotional campaigns, and turn insights into better customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily website maintenance, including product listings, promotional campaigns, and category content.
• Support the onsite trading calendar to ensure accurate and timely execution of promotions.
• Help compile weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, and revenue.
• Update meta‑data and landing‑page content to support SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Audit site journeys regularly to identify bugs, broken links, or messaging inconsistencies.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing site‑optimization projects.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong interest in e‑commerce and digital products.
• Enjoys working with data, following processes, and ensuring correct setup.
• Comfortable liaising across teams, managing multiple tasks, and supporting project work.
• Creative “can‑do” attitude; previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
