About the role
Spoor & Fisher is looking for a Trade Mark Secretary to join its Trade Mark Anti‑Counterfeiting Team. The position is based in the Centurion office and the incumbent will report directly to the Partner heading up the practice. This role provides essential administrative support within a specialised trademark environment. The successful candidate will be based in the Centurion office, ensuring on‑site presence for the team. Reporting to the Partner heading up the practice, the secretary will act as a primary point of contact for administrative coordination. The position is integral to the smooth operation of the Trade Mark Anti‑Counterfeiting Team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the Trade Mark Anti‑Counterfeiting Team.
- Report directly to the Partner heading up the practice and assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a legal secretarial role.
