Trade Account Specialist – Coffee Sales

About the role

The Trade Account Specialist will drive sales and manage key accounts for Nespresso, ensuring brand visibility and customer satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with retailers, implement sales strategies, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales plans effectively.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in high‑end or mass‑market product distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
