Tractor Technician – Multiple Locations

About the role

We are seeking experienced Tractor Technicians to join our team across several regions in South Africa, including the Western Cape, North West and KwaZulu‑Natal. The role involves hands‑on repair and maintenance of a range of agricultural machinery, ensuring that farms can operate efficiently during peak seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on tractors, harvesters and balers.
• Conduct routine inspections and service schedules for agricultural implements.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Travel to client sites within the assigned regions as required.

Required profile

• Trade‑tested and fully qualified in agricultural equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience working with tractors, harvesters and balers.
• Willingness to work in multiple provinces (Western Cape, NW, KZN).
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour in field environments.
