Tracer – Debt Collection (Commission Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated tracers to support debt collection agencies, attorney firms and court sheriffs in locating debtors. The role is commission based and offers flexible working hours. You will work within the debt collection industry, helping clients recover outstanding amounts while maintaining professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in resolving debts fairly by locating and contacting debtors.
• Provide comprehensive training on tracing processes and tools.
• Set your own work schedule to maximise efficiency.
• Own transport is advantageous for field visits.
• Maintain accurate records of tracing activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Driven, determined and disciplined.
• Optimistic and energized by interacting with people.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and negotiation skills.
• Assertive yet tactful communication.

Required skills

• Computer literate.
• Proficient with tablets, smartphones and related applications.
