About the role
Buscor (Pty) Ltd, a leading transport company in South Africa, is looking for reliable Ticket Sellers to join the team at Matsebula Terminus. The role involves providing efficient ticketing services to passengers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Sell bus tickets to passengers and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and issue receipts.
- Maintain a tidy and organized ticketing booth.
- Answer passenger queries and provide information about routes and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification with Maths or Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a cashier or similar role.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clean criminal record and traceable references.
- Medically fit to perform the duties.
