Territory Sales Manager – Eastern Region (Eastern Cape & Lesotho)

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region will lead sales activities across the Eastern Cape of South Africa and Lesotho. Reporting to regional leadership, the role focuses on expanding market presence, increasing household penetration of MultiChoice services, and driving outlet productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Drive sell‑out through retailers, agents and partners, monitoring daily and weekly performance.
• Identify high‑potential communities and implement penetration initiatives.
• Onboard new points of sale and support existing outlets to improve commercial viability.
• Execute trade‑marketing campaigns, ensure proper use of POS materials, and conduct store audits.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents and partners while representing the brand on the ground.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales execution and territory management, preferably in consumer entertainment or media.
• Strong analytical skills to track performance and take corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with dealers and partners.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
