Tender & Quotes Administrator – Medical Devices

About the role

The company is looking for a qualified Tender & Quotes Administrator to join its team in Midrand. You will support the sales and procurement process for medical device products by managing tender submissions, quotes, and related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and submit quotes and tenders in line with company standards.
• Gather and verify required certificates, information and updates from managers.
• Maintain an accurate filing system for supplier and tender documents.
• Handle general office and administrative tasks, including telephone screening and message taking.
• Compile stationery orders for the department.
• Improve the appearance and content quality of all proposals, quotes and tenders.
• Assist with vendor registration forms as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Previous experience handling tenders and/or quotes; medical‑industry experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SYSPRO or a similar ERP system is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Adobe software.
• Experience with SYSPRO (or comparable ERP) systems.
