Temporary Creditors Clerk – 4‑Month Contract (Centurion)

About the role
This is a four‑month temporary position based in Centurion, Johannesburg, focused on managing creditor accounts and supporting the finance team in month‑end processes.
Key responsibilities
- Capture financial data from statements, invoices and credit notes.
- Allocate payments to invoices and perform supplier account reconciliations.
- Process purchase orders and maintain cashbooks.
- Perform electronic filing and supplier communication.
- Meet month‑end deadlines for all accounts responsibilities.
Required profile
- Matric qualification with a tertiary financial qualification.
- Minimum five years of creditors experience; senior or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong personality and ability to work independently.
- Own transport and medically fit.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
What we offer
- Salary: R35,000 CTC per month.
- Fixed‑term contract for four months.
