Telesales Representative – Remote (UK/Australia shift)

About the role

Quantum Contract Solutions is building a high‑output sales team to support its construction‑focused SaaS business. As a Telesales Representative you will work remotely, covering either an Australia‑based shift (02:00‑10:00 SAST) or a UK‑based shift (11:00‑19:00 SAST), making cold calls to construction subcontractors and booking qualified sales conversations for senior Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 200 outbound dials each workday.
• Conduct brief, focused conversations (typically under two minutes) and follow a scripted sales flow.
• Book at least one qualified sales call per day (≈ 22 per month) for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time updates in the company CRM after every interaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets while handling frequent rejection.

Required profile

• Resilient and competitive mindset, comfortable hearing “no”.
• Clear, direct English communication skills.
• Confidence on the phone and ability to manage push‑back.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and backup power.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for logging calls and activities.

What we offer

• Base salary of R12 000–R15 000 per month during the first three months, rising to R14 000–R15 000 thereafter.
• Uncapped commission on each qualified sales call booked, with total earnings typically ranging from R25 000 to R35 000+ per month.
