Telesales Representative – Remote

About the role

Quantum Contract Solutions is building a high‑output sales team to support its fast‑growing construction‑focused business. As a Telesales Representative you will work remotely, making outbound calls to construction subcontractors in the UK, Ireland and Australia, and book qualified sales meetings for senior Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 200 outbound dials per day, keeping conversations under two minutes.
• Follow a scripted, fast‑phasing process to qualify prospects.
• Book at least one qualified sales call per workday (≈22 per month) and ensure the prospect attends.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time updates in the CRM after every interaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified calls and revenue‑generating appointments.

Required profile

• Competitive, resilient and comfortable handling frequent rejection.
• Clear, direct English communication and confidence on the phone.
• Ability to handle push‑back and stay focused on targets.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and backup power.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for logging calls and managing leads.

What we offer

• Base salary of R12,000–R15,000 per month during probation, rising to R14,000–R15,000 post‑probation.
• Uncapped commission allowing total earnings of R25,000–R35,000+ per month based on performance.
• Full‑time remote work with flexible shift options (Australia or UK time zones).
• Equipment support including laptop, headset, webcam and optional extra monitor.
