Telesales Consultant – Insurance Call Centre

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Consultant to join our growing insurance call‑centre team in Cape Town. The position operates in a hybrid workplace, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre‑qualified leads using an automated dialler system.
• Promote and sell insurance products while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve conversion rates.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a telesales role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Based in Cape Town and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven attitude.
