About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our Durban office and drive new business through phone outreach. The role involves contacting prospects, presenting our products, and building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via telephone.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent after‑sales service and support.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Sales or Marketing qualification (advantageous).
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
What we offer
