Telesales Agent – Home Improvement Loans

About the role

We are looking for energetic Telesales Agents to promote Evolution Finance’s home‑improvement loan across South Africa. The role is based in a call‑centre and involves both inbound and outbound contact through phone, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels to generate new business and support existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients via telephone, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels to market and sell home‑improvement loans.
• Present product features, benefits and terms clearly, answering client queries and handling objections.
• Capture accurate customer data and interaction details in the relevant systems.
• Process applications linked to campaigns and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide after‑call support such as servicing, disbursements, queries and retention activities.
• Ensure compliance with NCA, FICA, POPIA and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate about selling and delivering solutions to clients.
• Strong, professional telephonic communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional African language.
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
• Fast and accurate data‑capturing ability.
