Telemarketing Support Role – Midrand, JHB

About the role

We are seeking a confident Telemarketing Support professional to join a growing dental supply company in Midrand. You will be the first point of contact for dental practices, promoting our chairs and equipment while supporting the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dental practices to introduce and promote products and services.
• Generate leads, identify potential new clients and follow up on enquiries.
• Maintain and update client information and call records in the CRM.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the travelling sales team.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with dental practices.
• Assist with general office administration as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales or call‑centre environment.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Must be able to commute to Midrand (candidates living nearby preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Competitive salary ranging from R15 000 to R20 000, negotiable based on experience.
