About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Techxpert to support our technical systems and improve overall productivity. The role involves maintaining hardware, installing software, and ensuring efficient operation of IT infrastructure within Pepkor Lifestyle stores.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in improving productivity by optimizing technical processes.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of IT hardware components.
• Carry out software installations and updates.
• Support networking systems and internal communications.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and standards.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• COMPTIA A Certification (Essentials and Core).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage stress, conflict and maintain customer focus.
• Understanding of Pepkor Lifestyle and Incredible Connection policies and objectives.
• Target‑driven, self‑managed with high integrity and attention to detail.
