Technical Training Specialist – Electronics & Instrumentation

About the role

An established technology and engineering organisation operating in the mining and industrial sectors is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver advanced electronics and instrumentation training programmes for employees, customers and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver advanced technical and product training programmes for employees, customers and partners.
• Facilitate classroom, hands‑on and digital training sessions covering electronics, diagnostics and fault‑finding techniques.
• Conduct competency assessments, maintain accurate records and recommend corrective training.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to keep training material technically accurate and aligned with product updates.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in technical training within electronics, instrumentation or mining environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems, diagnostics and fault‑finding.
• Proven ability to translate complex engineering information into practical training material.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel nationally.

What we offer

• Basic salary of R30,000 per month.
• Cellphone allowance of R1,850 per month.
