Technical Support Specialist – Hospital IT

About the role
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide maintenance and support to users within Netcare Sunninghill Hospital. The role focuses on delivering technical assistance across hardware and software environments, ensuring smooth operation of the hospital’s IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support end‑user devices, applications and network connectivity.
- Understand and document technical requirements for the site’s hardware and software.
- Provide cross‑functional support that bridges business processes, technology platforms and operational procedures.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical support or IT service delivery.
- Ability to work across business, technology and process boundaries.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and customer‑focused attitude.
