Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to install, commission, repair and maintain energy storage systems at customer sites. The role involves frequent travel and direct interaction with clients to ensure reliable operation and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on on‑site energy storage installations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Provide on‑site technical support and training to customers.
• Collaborate with the support team and R&D to report field issues and suggest product improvements.
• Maintain compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the power industry, preferably with high/low voltage or energy‑storage systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Relevant electrical or high‑voltage operation certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with installation, commissioning and maintenance of energy storage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of high‑ and low‑voltage electrical systems.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities in power environments.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
