Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide on‑site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of energy storage systems. The role involves direct interaction with customers to ensure reliable operation of high‑ and low‑voltage equipment and to deliver training and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair and maintain energy storage systems at customer sites.
• Address technical issues promptly on‑site to minimise downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, answering equipment‑related questions.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and R&D to report field issues and suggest improvements.
• Follow up on after‑sales service requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards during all on‑site activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, preferably in energy storage.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of high‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical systems and energy storage principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities in high/low voltage environments.
• Relevant electrical or high‑voltage operation certifications (preferred).
