Technical Specialist – Information Management Solutions

About the role

The Information Management Solutions Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of document and scanning capture solutions, from pre‑sales discovery through implementation, support and continuous improvement. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations while identifying opportunities for additional services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage business units to analyse processes, document flows and compliance requirements.
• Design system architecture, metadata models, workflow logic, security and integration points for IM and scanning solutions.
• Configure repositories, permissions, workflow automation, dashboards and scanning capture profiles.
• Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other cloud services.
• Develop and execute test plans, manage UAT and performance testing, and resolve defects.
• Prepare production environments, oversee cut‑over activities and provide hyper‑care support post‑go‑live.
• Deliver technical support, monitor performance, and implement enhancements and upgrades.
• Create proof‑of‑concepts to validate new workflows, capture methods and integrations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience mapping business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Proven ability to design and document technical solutions and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, conduct trainings and present PoC outcomes.
