Technical Project Manager

About the role

You will lead technical projects from concept through to client sign‑off, ensuring every phase is delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. The role combines hands‑on coordination with strategic oversight across design, procurement, manufacturing and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects handed over by the commercial team and drive them through design, procurement, manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and final client acceptance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers and customers to guarantee timely delivery of components.
• Monitor project budgets, manage risks proactively and keep timelines on track.
• Oversee FAT activities and ensure successful handover to the client.
• Travel to customer sites as required, with expenses covered.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing complex engineering or automation projects.
• Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or other hygienic manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and engage confidently with multidisciplinary teams.
