About the role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic security projects. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for efficient project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget.
- Manage resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
- Report status and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Provide regular feedback to operations or branch managers.
- Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client agreements.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- PSIRA registration.
- Tertiary qualification or diploma in engineering (advantageous).
- Proven experience as a project manager in the technology and electronic security sector.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record.
Required skills
- CCTV systems knowledge.
- Cathexis systems expertise.
- Access control systems familiarity.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
