Technical Operator

About the role

The Technical Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production and bottling line machinery while ensuring safety, quality, and equipment reliability. This role combines hands‑on equipment control with first‑line maintenance and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production and bottling line equipment in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Execute planned, corrective, and complex repair tasks covering Millwright and Mechatronics scopes.
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and first‑line troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and opportunistic interventions.
• Collaborate with Process Artisans and Production Process Controller to maintain product quality and line efficiency.
• Record and report production data, machine performance, and any anomalies.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, and all safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Experience operating production and bottling line machinery.
• Ability to perform corrective and complex repairs (Millwright/Mechatronics).
• Familiarity with GMP and 5S standards.
• Capability to record, analyse, and report production data.
