Technical Business Analyst – Asset Management

About the role

Titan Wealth is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its Asset Management technology delivery team. You will act as the bridge between investment, operations, risk, and engineering, translating complex front‑to‑back processes into clear, actionable requirements for scalable, compliant, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements across portfolio management, dealing, valuation, performance, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with investment managers, operations, research, and compliance stakeholders.
• Produce artefacts such as process maps, user stories, use cases, data models, and functional specifications.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams.
• Analyse end‑to‑end workflows to identify inefficiencies, risk, and automation opportunities, including AI and advanced analytics integration.
• Support agile delivery by shaping backlogs, participating in sprint ceremonies, and clarifying requirements for engineering teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of asset‑management processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a financial services environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.

Required skills

• Business analysis techniques (process mapping, user stories, use cases).
• Agile methodology and sprint participation.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, order management, and reporting systems.
