Technical Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Architect to design, govern, and maintain robust technical architectures across our systems and solutions. The role translates strategic requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable designs that align with organisational standards and future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end solution architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
• Define and document architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
• Guide engineering teams, validate designs, and ensure successful implementation.
• Evaluate existing landscapes, identify gaps, and propose migration or modernization strategies.
• Ensure scalability, availability, performance, and security are addressed.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and infrastructure teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Produce system designs, integration diagrams, deployment models, and runbooks.
• Participate in architecture reviews and mentor engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4‑5+ years of experience in software or system architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
