About the role
WNS South Africa, part of the global Business Process Management group WNS, is hiring a Team Leader in Cape Town. The role involves managing a team of agents in the travel industry, working on a GDS system and ensuring targets are met every month.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of agents
- Ensure 100% of targets are met month on month
- Manage headcount requirements against budget
- Work on a GDS system and use travel terminology
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification
- Experience managing a team of agents
- Experience working in the travel industry
- Openness to rotational shifts, including US shifts
