Team Leader – Sales & Service (Bela Bela)

About the role

The Team Leader – Sales & Service will oversee the EasyPay Everywhere branch team, driving performance, customer satisfaction and financial results. You will build a supportive environment, coach consultants and ensure the branch meets its sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the branch team, setting targets and monitoring achievement.
• Manage and support sales and service consultants, handling leave, overtime and staff movement.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, accurate responses and identify sales opportunities during each interaction.
• Develop and execute proactive sales plans, measuring output against goals.
• Control operational costs, including fleet expenses and office supplies.
• Maintain compliance with all processes, staff manuals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• National Diploma/NQF Level 6 in Business Studies or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of sales experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong report‑writing ability and computer literacy.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team toward high performance.
• Good knowledge of banking products and market offerings.
