Team Leader – Retail Branch

About the role

Hollywoodbets is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage its George branch. You will be responsible for driving business results, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced betting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets in line with regional and retail strategy.
• Engage with guests to promote products and update betting boards, memos, and results throughout the day.
• Oversee cash administration, including cash handling, banking schedules, credit‑card and EFT procedures, and daily reconciliation.
• Ensure FICA compliance, manage float allocations, and conduct interim cash checks.
• Handle ticket recovery, lost‑ticket claims, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Produce daily operational reports and manage stock control, including weekly stock‑taking.

Required profile

• At least 12 months experience in retail, gaming or betting.
• 1‑2 years of leadership experience.
• Diploma, degree or NQF 4 learnership.
• Valid driver’s licence.
