Team Leader – Properties (Soft Services)

About the role

Capitec is seeking an energetic Team Leader to oversee its Properties function, focusing on Soft Services such as cleaning, parking, plant maintenance, shredding, reception, consumables, and hygiene. The role ensures that service delivery meets objectives, goals and service level agreements across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and supervise daily work of the Properties team to achieve departmental targets.
• Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Coordinate soft‑service activities across multiple banking locations.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, objectives and standards, and report on progress.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, spatial planning and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years experience in hospitality, property or project management, preferably in a multi‑site banking or financial environment.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team or group.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Project Management.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
