About the role

WNS Global Services is looking for experienced team leaders to join its call centre in Claremont. The role leads a team of associates in a customer-centric, high-performance culture, managing people, metrics and projects to generate revenue and retain business through continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Lead a team of associates and manage people, metrics and projects
Ensure the best use of systems and technology to deliver work effectively and efficiently
Develop the team through coaching, regular performance reviews, recognition and motivation
Generate revenue and retain business through continuous improvement

Required profile

Matric / Grade 12 certificate
2 years of experience as a call centre team leader
Telecoms experience preferred
